How do we do it?

Our approach is technical, purposeful and efficient. We’re all about harnessing technology for the best we can do - from electronic timing mechanisms supplied by Freelap Australia, AI-powered motion analysis from VueMotion, and weight room tracking by Metric, we know one thing - data is king. Tracking our training metrics means we know where we are, where we’ve come from, and where we’re going.

We prioritise a healthy training atmosphere and are welcoming of all comers. All we ask is you come prepared and willing to push yourself and others.
